What you can expect from Swimava!
All shipping on this site (swimava.hk) is from Hong Kong. Delivery times range from 1-3 business days. Tracking Number are available within 1 business days following order receipt.

We use the following postal services:
- Hong Kong Post (Local Registered Packet)
- SF Express
All orders shipped direct from our Hong Kong warehouse and may take up to 3 business days to arrive in exceptional circumstances (e.g. Typhoon 8 and Black Rain Storm warnings).
**Please note we cannot be held responsible for postal or customs delays and we always process your orders within 2 business days of purchase. If your order is delayed you will need to contact the shipper directly. Request your tracking number 1 business day after purchase here!
Products and Pricing
All products or services listed on the websites are subject to change, as is product or services information, pricing, and availability. Swimava reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any Product or service with or without notice. You agree that Swimava will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any Product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order, to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your PayPal or credit card account has been charged. If your PayPal or credit card account has already been charged for the order and we cancel your order, we will issue a credit to your PayPal or credit card account in the amount of the original charge.
Product Reviews & Recommendations
Swimava makes no guarantee or warranty that the reviews & recommendations on the websites are accurate. All content and ratings are provided on a strictly as is basis and users must use their own judgment when deciding which products to purchase.
Product Information Errors
While we make every effort to ensure that product and price details are correctly displayed on the websites, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. It is your responsibility to ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked the details of the products you order as they may have changed since you last viewed them on our websites.
We guarantee you’ll be happy with your Swimava Baby Swim & Baby Bath product. We back our guarantee with a 30 day return policy if you are not satisfied for any reason at all. We will refund the cost of your purchase, excluding any costs for shipping and handling already paid. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs.
We ask you please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. We aim to respond to your Swimava feedback or questions within 2 business days.
About Phthalates & Swimava Products
Our Swimava Products are made using PVC plastic that meets or exceeds EU Directive 2005/84/EC where phthalates DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, DNOP are not to be used in excess of 0.1% by mass of the plasticized material in toys and childcare articles. Certified by SGS for our manufacturers.

For each product or service you order on the website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service as of the time you submitted your order. Swimava will automatically bill your PayPal or credit card account submitted as part of the order process for such amounts, and you hereby authorize us to do so. All payments are non-refundable (except 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee). Payment must be received in full prior to shipping your product.
PayPal & Credit Card Purchases
Orders placed using a PayPal or credit card account as payment method will be processed upon submission, and funds may be transferred from your PayPal or credit card account immediately. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.
Order Confirmation & Verification
Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped (or a portion of the order is shipped). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we (a) issue a credit to your PayPal or credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your PayPal or credit card account has already been charged for the order) or (b) not charge your PayPal or credit card account for the cancelled portion of the order.
(a) Any delivery dates provided by Swimava are estimates. Swimava reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Swimava will send you an email when your order has shipped.
(b) By completing your order on our Sites, you certify that you have verified your delivery address as being accurate and complete. You additionally confirm that an authorized person will be available at that address on the estimated delivery date (or as notified to you by email once the product is shipped) to accept and sign for the package.
(c) Swimava publishes delivery dates on a best effort basis. However, there may be situations (public holidays in local areas, products damaged in transit and other logistics issues) that may lead to delay in delivery.
(d) We shall not be liable for any damages or claims related to delayed shipments. If you must have a product by a certain date, you are required to confirm the date, the quantity required and the delivery location with Swimava before you place an order.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE allows you to RETURN, for a REFUND, any product that you are not happy with. In order to receive a REFUND, original packaging, accessories, user guide, gift items and a copy of the official receipt should be returned together with the product in like new condition. The retail value of the gift item will be deducted from the refund if the gift items are not returned together with the product. The returned product should not be damaged, stretched, defaced or contain any trace of damage. Please note that products cannot be exchanged under our 30 Day Satisfaction guarantee. Once the product is received in full, in like new fashion, Swimava will refund the payment made upon your purchase through your PayPal or credit card account. Please note that refunds will not include shipping fees.
3 Month Warranty
Our 3 MONTH WARANTY allows you to REPLACE products having manufacturing faults. Defective products may be REPLACED within 3 months subject to the terms laid out in our 3 Month Warranty. Replacements will not be available for the damages caused by human faults and inappropriate maintenance. Only the same design item will be offered as a replacement. We will only replace the defective item, (not any accessories or gifts) and we will only ship to the original orders shipping address.
Methods for Return or Replacement
We ask that you check your proof of purchase and email the Swimava Retailer (Swimava HK Care Centre) you purchased from, prior to returning any merchandise.
In person: You should bring your official purchase receipt with your product when you come to our Swimava Hong Kong Centre for a refund or replacement.
By mail: You can also return the product together with a printed receipt to Swimava by post. Customers will be solely responsible for the shipping fee of returned products.
All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued. If returning items to us by post, you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting (e.g. registering/ recording delivery method). We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
