Our Swimava Returns Policy!

Swimava Baby Swim & Bath Products are chosen with your babies health in mind. Our focus is on early baby fitness and development through baby swimming and bath bath time. Your baby’s health and safety is our highest priority as we’re sure it’s yours also. We’ve used our products extensively with our own and have realised the benefit they can bring to your baby. We hope your baby enjoys the same great experiences ours have.

If you’re unhappy with your Swimava and feel we may be able to resolve this for you without a return, we appreciate the opportunity to make things right for you if at all possible.

We want nothing more than your your baby to be happy using our Swimava Baby Swim Bath products! We back this with a One Year Warranty against defects to the original purchaser along with a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee where you can return your purchase for any reason.

If you are not satisfied with your Swimava for any reason, we will refund the cost of your order in full upon receipt of your returned item. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs and recommend registered mail for returns.

We ask that you check you receipt / proof of purchase and email your Swimava Retailer directly, prior to returning any merchandise. Please provide the following information with your email return / replacement request:

  • 1. Your full receipt proving purchase of your Swimava product (check for the Global Swimava Partner you’ve purchased from to contact them directly).
  • 2. The reason for returning or replacing your Swimava product.
  • 3. Which location you intend to ship your returned Swimava to (see below).
  • 4. The tracking number for your return posting paid by you. We will refund all shipping costs only if your purchase is defective (digital photo / video proof must be emailed to us prior to sending).
  • 5. Your preference for a replacement or a refund.
  • 6. Confirmation that your returned item is in new & unused condition with no missing components. All items must be returned if requesting refund for Swimava with no defects.
  • 7. Confirmation of the shipping address you would like your replacement sent to, if applicable.

NB. We must receive your returned purchase by registered mail with tracking paid by you. We will issue a replacement or refund your purchase (excluding all shipping costs) within 24 hours of receipt of your returned item to the Swimava Retailer you’ve purchased from.
